The Hotel

Four kms. far from Biar and less than 25 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Costa Blanca, the hotel nestles among the pine trees of a 6,000 m2 plot of land in foothills of the Fontanella Mountain.

Mas Fontanelles is a 230-year-old farmhouse that was restored, refurbished and turned into a hotel in 2001 by the Spanish architect J. Joaquín Aracil Bellod.

The restoration project has maintained the building's original character, in particular its primitive structure of wooden beams, while adding all the comforts and amenities of a modern hotel. Every area and corner has been designed to allow you to have a peaceful and relaxed break, surrounded by the sound of silence.

Isabel and Roberto, the hotel owners and hosts, welcome their guests in a spacious and sunny vestibule from which the restaurant as well as the gardens of Mas Fontanelles can be reached.
