THE COOKING

 

The hotel's dinning room, where tables must be reserved in advance, offers home-cooked Mediterranean cuisine combined on occasion with local specialities, all prepared by the owners. All the products used in this creative Mediterranean cuisine are bought fresh from the market. Many of the dishes are inspired by regional Venetian cuisine as well as French cuisine.

 

 

 

Even the cakes offered as desserts at dinner, or the breakfast marmalades and pastries, are prepared at Mas Fontanelles.
